National Claims Negotiators is a public adjusting company located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with licenses throughout the United States. We have a team of experienced public adjusters that work exclusively for property owners.
We offer professional representation for property owners. Is your insurance carrier telling you they can’t pay for certain repairs? Do you have the time to read, study your policy, meet with the carrier’s adjusters, research what should and should not be paid for, and negotiate your claim? We are licensed by the state to negotiate with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We have the experience in all aspects of claim settlement procedures to assure proper indemnification.
Forensic Evaluation
It would be hard to negotiate a property loss if you do not have the evidence or knowledge to do so. Certifications from HAAG, infrared camera usage, and weather model production are some of the tools we use to document damage and build a complete scope of loss to your property.

From professional industry leading certifications, previous contractor and building experience, to 1,000’s of successfully negotiated claims and policy analysis, we have the knowledge to make sure you receive a fair claim award. Knowing the means to a proper settlement through all channels of the initial negotiation is key. We have a strong network of appraisal and referable attorney resources to assure success.
Pre-Damage Condition
When you pay your property insurance premium, you expect your property to be brought back to the condition it was in before the damage. Your policy is there to hold your insurance carrier to certain rules to make this happen. While the policy is complex, we have years of experience holding insurance carriers accountable.
No Fee Unless Recovery
How does our fee work? Simple, we are based on a contingent contract. We receive a small percentage of what we recover for you once the claim is settled. If we do not recover anything further for you, we have no fee!
