Success Stories

First Baptist Church Grandview

The roof of our sanctuary had been damaged during a powerful storm. The damage was bad enough that rain leaked through and dripped onto our pews damaging them also. There were many Sunday mornings during worship services that we were forced to put out buckets and section off certain pews due to the dripping. Even though our insurance company knew about these issues, they were unwilling to give us the money necessary to fully repair the roof. We were at the point where we were considering replacing the roof ourselves, which would have put us in a serious financial bind. At that point we learned of Ron, and put him on the case. To be honest, many of us were concerned about using a public adjuster, but looking back, we are all extremely glad we did. After Ron went to work, our insurance company gave us enough money to replace the roof, repair the interior damages, and fix some other issues in the church that have needed attention for quite a while. We are glad Ron helped us be good stewards of the money and property with which God has entrusted us. I would recommend any church that finds themselves in a situation similar to ours to seek the services of Ron. – Corey Cornutt Lead Pastor, First Baptist Church Grandview, TX

Denied claim

NCN got triple than the insurance adjuster

My insurance adjuster did not give us enough money to cover my roof along with so much other hail damage. I learned about a Public Adjuster that could better assist me on getting all the monies owed to me from my insurance company to repair all the damage. My public adjuster, Steve Pawlik, found TRIPLE the dollar amount than what the insurance adjuster found! He is so knowledgeable about claims. He handled the entire process. We are grateful to Steve. We can get our home fixed properly! If you think your insurance claim is incorrect, take it from us, call the folks at National Claims Negotiators. They will handle your claim for you. – Barbara Black

Hail damage

We’ve owned two homes now in 16 years and had to make our very first insurance claim after the hail storms April 2016. Unfortunately, we were one of the many people who gave our full and very naive trust to our Insurance Agent. After the claim was approved and we received the check, we immediately thought this couldn’t be right. Needless to say, after doing some research and looking into it, we were indeed being wronged and after many stories, it seems this is the usual way of business from an “insurance company” and people are told to just expect it. I read article after article on how to protect yourself, and the things you should look out for. Seriously? How can this be going on without the government stepping in to protect the people? Why is it illegal to scam people out of money, rather it’s over the phone, on line, through paypal, identity theft and so on, but it be perfectly legal to do so through an insurance agency? It’s ludicrous! This is a scam and we the people, are being told to just expect it, but look out for ourselves.

However, on the brighter side of the experience, I am so thankful I was referred to Steve and National Claims Negotiators. Not only did they get us what we were owed from all the damage, but along the way, we learned a valuable lesson. Thank you Steve, for fighting the fight for us and for being there for all of us who are being taken advantage of simply because we put our trust in these insurance companies and their agents.

If anyone finds themselves in a position they think they have not gotten what is a fair claim from their insurance company, I recommend this company 100%! – Jilly Anderson

The Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce

We recently had a roof leak that needed to be addressed. Every time we had rain we were putting out buckets to try and stop the rain from destroying the hard wood floors. We finally broke down and got bids to replace the roof and were prepared to pay out of pocket for the expense of a new roof and new flooring. Before we did, several of our members said we should contact Ron Snouffer with National Claims Negotiators. National Claims Negotiators is a Public Adjusting firm. Public adjusters are licensed by the state. They are experts in insurance policy. Ron came out, looked at our roof then looked at our insurance policy and was able to determine we had coverage based on the damage on the roof. Mike Steed with National Claims Negotiators met with the carrier adjuster and was able to agree that the damage was covered by our policy.
National Claims Negotiators was able to negotiate a fair settlement with the carrier’s adjuster. We were able to get a check to pay for our roof and the interior damage. After our experience with Ron Snouffer and his team at National Claims Negotiators I would highly recommend them to anyone having questions or concerns about their insurance claim being underpaid or denied.
